for one guest accommodated in a twin room incl. wellness meals – does not exceed 5,1 USD at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, incl. sanatorium meals- does not exceed 6,7 USD at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

A glass of fresh juice (carrots, beets)
Salad: fitness salad (beet, pumpkin, carrot, Apple, celery) 200 grams
Soup: pumpkin cream soup with ginger and rye bread
Hot dish: steamed cod with vegetable mix 150/150 grams
Dinner: brown rice with lentil sauce 200 grams

Day 2
A glass of fresh juice (carrots with olive oil)
Salad: vitamin salad (carrots, apple, celery stem, raisins, citrus dressing) 200 grams
Soup: fresh cabbage soup with rye bread
Hot dish: steamed salmon and baked pumpkin with herbes de Provence 120/200 grams
Dinner: cream soup with green pea and mint with croutons

Day 3
A glass of fresh juice (beets, carrots, celery)
Salad: autumn salad (beet, baked pumpkin, rocca salad and chia seeds) 200 grams
Soup: red borsch with prunes
Hot dish: steamed fish meatballs with buckwheat porridge and vegetables 150/200 grams
Dinner: grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, pepper) with rice 250 grams

Day 4
A glass of fresh juice (celery, carrots)
Salad: squid salad (avocado, salad mix, quail egg, tomato, squid, olive-citrus dressing) 200 grams
Soup: beetroot soup with rye bread
Hot dish: steamed chicken fillet with brown rice 150/150 grams
Dinner: Baked beet on a green pillow with quail egg 250 grams

Day 5
A glass of fresh juice (carrots with olive oil)
Salad: immunity salad (radish, turnip, pumpkin, celery root, olive-honey dressing) 200 grams
Soup: carrot cream soup with rye bread
Hot dish: cod with vegetables and potato wedges 150/150 grams
Dinner: Vegetable mix (cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, pickled soy sprouts)

Day 6
A glass of fresh juice (beets, carrots, celery)
Salad: fitness salad with sprouted grain (beets, pumpkin, carrots, apple, celery, sprouted grains) 200 grams
Soup: vegetable soup (corn, peas, green beans, broccoli) with rye bread
Hot dish: grilled turkey medallions with grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, pepper, champignons) 150/150 grams
Dinner: broccoli cream soup

Day 7
A glass of fresh juice (celery, carrots)
Salad: special salad (chicken, avocado, grapefruit, salad mix) 200 grams
Soup: cream soup with broccoli and pumpkin and rye bread
Hot dish: grilled salmon and barley porridge with vegetables 150/150 grams
Dinner: brown rice with pumpkin baked with ginger and turmeric 250 grams
